1. Scope and your access
This agreement applies to your access to Efficiency Squared (E2) online courses and their lessons, assessments, recordings, narration, diagrams, examples, and downloadable resources. Access is personal to your account, subject to your enrollment or other access permission, and lasts for the access period provided with your course. Accepting these terms does not purchase a course or extend that period. Do not share your account or credentials.
2. Copyright and ownership
E2's original course materials are protected by copyright. Copyright © 2026 Efficiency Squared. All rights reserved, except for the permissions below and uses permitted by applicable law. Third-party materials, standards, names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Attribution does not transfer ownership or grant additional rights. These terms do not claim ownership of ideas, facts, general skills, or your own original work.
3. What you may do
You may view and listen to materials through your authorized account and download or print resources that E2 makes available for that purpose for your own study. You may apply what you learn in your work. You may adapt a downloadable template designated for practical use to create your own project artifacts and share those completed artifacts with your project team, unless that resource states a more specific license. Keep copyright and attribution notices on retained course materials. Your original contributions and project work remain yours.
4. What requires permission
Unless a resource expressly permits it or applicable law allows it, obtain E2's written permission before copying or distributing course materials to other people, posting them online, reselling them, using them to deliver training, recording course sessions, or incorporating substantial course content into another product or course. Do not upload course materials or recordings to public repositories, shared AI knowledge bases, or external services for redistribution or model training without permission. Activities that E2 expressly provides inside the course remain permitted. Sharing your own work or using general knowledge and skills does not require permission under this agreement.
5. Respect others and protect information
In discussions and assignments, share only information you have permission to share. Do not include confidential client, employer, or personal information without authorization; use anonymized or fictional examples when appropriate. Other learners retain rights in their original contributions. Do not redistribute their posts or recordings without permission. By submitting work to a course, you permit E2 to host and display it to the course participants and staff for teaching, feedback, and course administration; this does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated marketing use.
6. Questions, accessibility, and permitted uses
Contact E2 through your instructor or your enrollment contact if you need permission, an accessible format, or clarification about a proposed use. Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict rights or exceptions provided by applicable law. Course materials support education and professional judgment and do not replace advice specific to your circumstances.
7. Acceptance and later versions
By selecting the agreement checkbox and choosing “I agree and continue,” you confirm that you have read and agree to this version. E2 records your account identifier, the version and exact text accepted, and the acceptance time. You can review the agreement and your acceptance record later. If E2 publishes a new required version, you will be asked to review and accept it before continuing to access course content. If you do not agree, do not accept; you may leave the course and contact E2 about your access or enrollment. These terms do not independently change any refund rights or other rights provided by applicable law or your enrollment agreement.
